  2. Printed tickets will not be issued nor mailed. Table number, corsage, and boutonniere will be available at reception.

  3. All debit/credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% + CA$0.30 non-refundable transaction fee.

  4. BLACK TIE DRESS CODE - tuxedos, long evening gowns and dress uniform expected. Must be 18 years or older to attend.
